We started our service in June of 2001. I still remember the very first auction and the moment I saw the first bid. Being away from my wife and 2 month old son for nearly a year had made me very nervous and I was not sure if this would go well or not. My father and I simply wanted to introduce beautiful, high quality Japanese Koi for a more reasonable price to the US hobbyists.

We also had a difficult period of time for the business,but thanks to your understanding and patience, we are able to come back and start providing you more gorgeous Japanese Koi in a certifiably healthy condition.

Honestly, I was surprised to know how far we have come. And I truly understand it was your continuous support that has enabled our success. Again, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

At this opportunity, we plan a 1st time event -1st JKO Koi Show online. I would like for every one of you to be able to participate in and enjoy this event. The details are at the bottom.

The New Koi Book "Kokugyo Vol. 2" and seminar in U.S.A .

After nearly 3 years, we have completed "Kokugyo Vol. 2: Nishikigoi Development." We will first introduce the book in Chcago on April 16 and then in LA on 24th. There will be 50 copies available at each site for the attendees of the events.

Unlike Kokugyo Vol. 1 where I discussed Koi whose beauty had matured, in Kokugyo Vol 2 I discuss Koi as their beauty grows. With pictures of Koi at different stages, I explained how Koi develop. I compiled all the information and documents that I have gathered from my 40 year-experience. I am confident that this book is going to be another textbook for Koi dealers and serious Koi hobbyists like you.

It is always my great pleasure to meet Koi hobbyists in the US. I am preparing my seminar now and would like to present as much valuable information and fun experience as possible. Here are some of the contents I am going to talk about.

I will go a little more in detail at the seminar and my new book will also explain to you the several key points with which you can buy wonderful Tategoi.
